1. PROVIDERS OF THE COMBINED TICKET OFFER
A commercial agreement has been established for the establishment of a combined ticket offer between the following entities: hereinafter referred to as the "Holder": BY GREVIN SA, trading as Chaplin’s World, located at Route de Fenil 2, 1804 Corsier-sur-Vevey
hereinafter referred to as the "Partner": Fondation ALIMENTARIUM, located at Quai Perdonnet 25, 1800 Vevey. The entity responsible for the booking is the entity that welcomes the customer first on the day of the service.
2. DATED COMBINED TICKETING
The dated combined ticket offer corresponds to the issuance of an entry ticket for Chaplin’s World and an entry ticket for the partner entity. Entry tickets must be dated and must be used on the same day on the date defined in the booking dossier. A voucher for the partner entry tickets will be provided by the entity in charge of the dossier.
3. RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR "DATED COMBINED TICKET OFFER"
Reservations for a "dated combined ticket offer" for a visit without options must be made at least 7 (seven) working days in advance with a minimum of 15 (fifteen) paying persons for mixed groups and a minimum of 10 (ten) paying persons (of which 80% are students) for school groups.
4. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF A BOOKING DOSSIER
a. Partial cancellation of a "dated combined ticket offer" reservation
Any partial cancellation (change in the number of participants) of a reservation must be notified in writing or by email to the Reservation Service of the entity in charge of the dossier. In the event that the partial cancellation is notified less than 72 hours before the date of the visit without options and less than 7 days before the date of the visit with dining option, the entity in charge of the dossier will issue an invoice for 100% of the order amount.
In the event that the number of participants is reduced to a quantity below the minimum required (15 paying persons for a group, 10 paying persons for a school group), the entity in charge of the dossier will apply the individual dated public pricing to the customer.
b. Total cancellation of a "dated combined ticket offer" reservation
Any total cancellation of a reservation must be notified in writing or by email to the Reservation Service of the entity in charge of the dossier. In the event that the total cancellation is notified less than 72 hours before the date of the free visit or less than 7 days before the date of the visit with dining option, the entity in charge of the dossier will issue an invoice for 100% of the order amount.
5. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The booking dossier must be settled only in CHF in full on the day of the service to the entity in charge of the dossier. Payment by invoice is not permitted.
6. COMPLAINTS
Complaints arising from a dispute concerning the terms of performance of the services herein must be made in writing and addressed to the Reservation Service of the entity in charge of the dossier within 15 (fifteen) days following the visit.
To avoid any dispute, the visit certificate containing the number of participants is signed by the customer on the day of the service.
