BY CAR


Located near the Vevey exit of the A9 motorway. The museum has a car park for visitors.

BY BUS


VMCV line 212 takes you directly to the museum.

BY TRAIN


Stop at Vevey SBB CFF FFS station, then take bus line 212.

Duration of visit

Expect at least 2.5 hours to avoid disappointment!

Closing time

The ticket office closes 1 hour before the museum closes.

Picnic area

A picnic area with tables is available near the car parks.

You can take all the photos you like during your visit.

Parking

You can park for the duration of your visit for CHF 5.- per vehicle upon presentation of your ticket at the ticket office or in the shop. There is a pay car park with 200 spaces.

Free parking for motorcycles and bicycles outside the car park near the main entrance.

We do our best to make your visit perfect. Here are some frequently asked questions.

  • No, picnics are not permitted in the paying areas (Studio, Manor, Park) of Chaplin's World. As the Park is landscaped and protected, we ask visitors to be respectful of the plants and different species of trees. Picnics are not permitted on the tables in The Tramp Café.

    Picnic tables are available on the edge of the forest in the car park.

    The Café The Tramp is open during Chaplin's World opening hours.

  • The average visit lasts 2.30 hours.

  • No. For health and safety reasons, pets (with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired and people with reduced mobility) are not allowed inside Chaplin's World.
